Bill Palmer, AKA Three Eyed Willy,Takes on Shakespeare
In a production featuring members of the drama department of Tomball College and the Texas Renaissance Festival Performing Company, Bill Palmer is undertaking one of the most interesting challenges he has ever faced. He is performing as Baptista Minola in The Taming of the Shrew, set in the Old West.
Directed by Jeff Baldwin, Entertainment Director of the Texas Renaissance Festival, this production has some very unusual aspects.
Those of you who are interested in theatre, per se, will enjoy the production, including the special effects. Those of you who like banjo music will find it in abundance, as well as good ragtime piano. If you are a Cowboy Action Shooter, you will enjoy the shooting sequences with authentic, historically accurate weapons.
